About Us

Our Approach

We build on each resident’s strengths and improve upon those strengths to come up with IBSP that will enrich and enhance the resident’s quality of life. Areas of need are identified through a thorough assessment process. We utilize Qualified Behavioral Modification Professionals (QBMP) and Individual Behavioral Support Teams (IBST) to create and implement an Individualized Behavioral Support Plan (IBSP) to maximize the quality of life of individuals residing in our facility. This is done in different areas of each resident’s day to day care and activities.
